氣(qi)力(li)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)系(xi)統(tong)可(ke)分類(lei)(lei)為(wei)(wei)不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong)型(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi),其(qi)中兩種(zhong)(zhong)主要型(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi):(a) 稀(xi)(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)和(he)(b)密相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)每種(zhong)(zhong)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong)型(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)按物(wu)(wu)料與(yu)空氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量比(bi)率大小(xiao)分類(lei)(lei),其(qi)比(bi)率也被(bei)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“固氣(qi)比(bi)”: μ=ms/mf (1)許(xu)多稀(xi)(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)范圍為(wei)(wei)0<μ<15,而(er)密相(xiang)(xiang)通常(chang)(chang)(chang)是(shi)(shi)μ>15。圖1所示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)典型(xing)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)狀態圖。稀(xi)(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)可(ke)以(yi)被(bei)認(ren)為(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)完全的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)流(liu)(liu)(liu),而(er)密相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)通常(chang)(chang)(chang)被(bei)認(ren)為(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)非懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)。然而(er),如圖1所示(shi),許(xu)多不(bu)同種(zhong)(zhong)類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)密相(xiang)(xiang)(非懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)流(liu)(liu)(liu))依(yi)靠散料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)料性(xing)和(he)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong)性(xing)存在(zai)。密相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)同樣也能被(bei)定義(yi)為(wei)(wei)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)物(wu)(wu)料完全填(tian)滿管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)截(jie)(jie)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。稀(xi)(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)通常(chang)(chang)(chang)需要使(shi)用(yong)大量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高速氣(qi)體(ti)。氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)依(yi)靠升力(li)和(he)推(tui)動(dong)力(li)以(yi)離散粒子的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)攜(xie)帶(dai)著物(wu)(wu)料。參(can)考圖1中所述的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)”,稀(xi)(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)通常(chang)(chang)(chang)是(shi)(shi)最(zui)為(wei)(wei)被(bei)廣泛應用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)力(li)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)系(xi)統(tong)。由(you)于(yu)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)(xiang)對簡(jian)單性(xing),它們(men)同時(shi)也被(bei)頻(pin)繁的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)在(zai)工(gong)業領域。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速度(du)減少到比(bi)保(bao)持粒子懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)狀態的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)臨界值更(geng)小(xiao)時(shi),導(dao)致物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)截(jie)(jie)面形成不(bu)均勻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分布。臨界氣(qi)體(ti)速度(du)被(bei)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)水(shui)平輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)跳躍速度(du),垂直輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)時(shi)堵塞。當水(shui)平管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料表面氣(qi)體(ti)速度(du)低(di)于(yu)突變速度(du)時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)將會(hui)以(yi)低(di)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量通過(guo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)橫(heng)截(jie)(jie)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)上部,在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)剩余部分以(yi)高濃度(du)低(di)速度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)填(tian)充(chong)。有(you)時(shi)沿(yan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)截(jie)(jie)面會(hui)被(bei)填(tian)滿,而(er)有(you)時(shi)只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)部分被(bei)填(tian)滿.
實(shi)際(ji)應用(yong)中, 按照氣(qi)力驅動形式可(ke)以(yi)分為(wei)負壓和(he)正(zheng)壓氣(qi)力輸(shu)送, 在這兩種(zhong)輸(shu)送系統中, 根(gen)據流(liu)動狀態圖(tu)再(zai)區(qu)分分為(wei)稀相, 密相和(he)流(liu)化態輸(shu)送系統. 除此(ci)之外(wai),根(gen)據喂料不同(tong)分為(wei)連續和(he)批次(ci)輸(shu)送. 在高壓密相輸(shu)送技(ji)術中常采用(yong)批次(ci)的(de)壓力罐進行高壓輸(shu)送, 同(tong)時, 可(ke)以(yi)組合兩個壓力罐設(she)計達(da)到連續的(de)輸(shu)送.
